Our chickens roam on pasture all day long and we supplement their diet with organic barley seed that we purchase directly from either a farmer in southern Colorado or a local mill. Their eggs are fertilized by our roosters so that they are high in Lecithin. Farm fresh eggs are one of nature’s super foods.
